Originally from  Zurich Switzerland, Julia moved to the UK to completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Music at The London College of Music. Since then Julia has has built a reputation for her advanced technical ability and adaptability. Julia is very comfortable playing all ranges in the saxophone family but is usually seen playing the Tenor Saxophone. She is a very strong reader and her solid improvisational skills have led Julia to play in virtually all musical settings – from club nights with DJ’s, horn sections, solo classical works all the way to to big band jazz.

She has a great understanding of many genres, along with experience performing in many different venues, clubs and events throughout the World. Julia has a passion for playing Pop, Funk and Soul especially within a horn section.
